Our softswitch is directly connected to the local public telephone network and to the E911 emergency response centers, directory assistance and operator services. Our softswitch is able to provide all the calling features you may already have with your current service provider, including Caller ID, call forwarding, and hunting arrangements. In addition, since our network is IP-based, we support web-based call management and advanced services like Unified Messaging, voice mail notification (by email or SMS) and Find Me services.
Our network technology also supports dynamic bandwidth allocation and voice prioritization. Since there is a physical limit of the capacity on any T-1 circuit, (1.5Mbps) all voice calls will take priority over Internet traffic. But, when there are few or no voice calls on your T-1, more bandwidth becomes instantly available for Internet access.
